When Leigh and Tom Morello asked us to install a central air conditioning system for them last summer, they never expected the work would be done so quickly. The forecast called for a hot, humid weekend, and the Morellos were prepared to sweat it out until their new system could be installed. Much to their delight, Hubert Robey, our equipment installation supervisor, worked behind the scenes to speed up the installation.
“Within a few days of our request, Keith Brown and his installation crew were there,” remembers Leigh. “They worked a long hard Friday and delivered a fully functioning central air system just before the impending hot weekend.”
Leigh says she now tells friends and family members about the couple’s “DMO story…complete with the happy ending.” She explains, “We were so pleased with your service it didn’t seem right to keep it to ourselves.”

The DMO difference
Plenty of companies talk a good game when it comes to customer service, but we prefer to let our actions– and our customers– do the talking. A fine example comes from Billy and Nancy Cusic. Even though they weren’t DMO customers, they called us for help when they lost their heat last December.
“Without hesitation, your personnel dispatched a service person immediately,” writes Mr. Cusic.
When our technician, James, arrived at the Cusic’s home, he quickly discovered that their oil tank had failed, allowing water to contaminate their fuel. James got their heating system working again but told the Cusics it probably wouldn’t make it through the next rainy day– which according to the forecast would be the very next day.
The Cusics called our tank expert, Chris Duke, who carefully went over their tank replacement options with them. But once they decided on a new tank, they wanted to wait– without heat– to have it installed because they didn’t want our installers to have to work in the pouring rain.
Mr. Cusic writes, “Mr. Duke told us, ‘They’ll be working somewhere, so why not your home?’ So with that, our new tank was installed. We’re grateful for your professionalism and promptness. We thank you, each and all. We are proud to do business with you and will spread our success story.”
